Terms of Service

By creating an account, subscribing or watching anything on BMT.tv, you agree to these terms. Please read them. They are short, written in plain language, and they set out what you can expect from us and what we ask of you.

Last updated 9 August 2026

Scope of these terms

These terms apply to BMT.tv and everything connected to it: the website, our mobile and TV apps, BMT Direct subscriptions, BMT Pulse live events, and any feature we add later under the BMT name.

Some parts of the service have extra rules. For example, competition entries or creator submissions. Where those exist, they sit alongside these terms rather than replacing them.

Accounts and eligibility

Accurate details
Give us correct information when you sign up and keep it up to date, especially your email address and billing details.
Keeping your account secure
You are responsible for your password and for anything that happens on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
Age
You must be 18 or older to hold a BMT account. Younger viewers are welcome on the service through a child or teen profile set up and supervised by a parent or guardian.

Subscriptions and billing

BMT Direct is a paid subscription. You choose the plan that suits your household, and you can change or leave it whenever you like.

Plans
We offer monthly, annual and family plans. Each plan sets how many profiles and simultaneous streams your household gets.
Recurring billing
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from your account settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then simply stops renewing.
Refunds
We do not usually refund part-used periods, but if something goes wrong on our side, contact us and we will put it right. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Current plans and prices are listed on BMT Direct.

Use of the service

BMT.tv is for you and the people you live with, watching for your own enjoyment.

  • Keep your account within your household. Do not share credentials or profiles beyond the people your plan covers.
  • Do not misuse the service: no hacking, scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing regional or security controls, harassment of other people, or anything unlawful.
  • Content is licensed for personal, non-commercial viewing only. Not for screenings, broadcast, or use in a business setting.

Content and intellectual property

Everything on BMT.tv. Films, series, live coverage, artwork, logos and the software itself. Belongs to BMT or to the people who licensed it to us. Subscribing gives you a personal licence to watch, not ownership of anything.

You may not copy, download outside our own offline feature, redistribute, resell, publicly perform or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Availability of individual titles can change as licences begin and end.

Changes to the service

We keep building. That means features may be added, changed or retired, and parts of the catalogue will come and go as rights change.

Where a change materially affects how you use BMT.tv. A plan change, a device we can no longer support. We will tell you in advance by email or in the app.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

BMT.tv is provided "as is". We work hard on reliability, but we cannot promise the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device and network.

To the extent the law allows, BMT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Such as lost time, lost data or missed events, arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, though if you live elsewhere you keep any right you have to bring a claim in your local courts. We would always rather sort things out directly first, contact us before it gets that far.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves or the law changes. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version.

For significant changes we will let you know on the site or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use BMT.tv after that means you accept the updated terms.
